If you are a member, sign up for our email. Only Bigfork Gun Club information is sent out, generally 2 or 3 times a month. The Bigfork Gun Club is a full-service facility dedicated to the shooting arts.
USPSA MATCH scheduled for AUGUST 30th has been CANCELLED.
Un-mark your calendars - ALL RANGES will be open for your enjoyment this weekend.
The September Board of Directors meeting has been moved from the FIRST Monday of the Month to SEPTEMBER 8th to allow all to enjoy the Labor Day Weekend.
NEW MEMBER SIGN UP
New members MUST apply at a regular monthly meeting.
Sign up will be from 5:00 PM - 5:50 PM, come early, we DO NOT process memberships after the meeting begins. EACH New Member MUST complete an Application form AND a Waiver. ALL New members (both spouses for a Spousal Membership) must be introduced to the Board during the meeting AND stay for the Safety Orientation that follows.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS meet monthly on the FIRST MONDAY of the Month.
Due to LABOR DAY the next meeting will be: SEPTEMBER 8, 2014 - 6 PM. Doors open at 5:00 PM.
Meeting held at the club house on the range.
We invite all members to attend, your comments and concerns are welcome. All new members must attend a meeting, please refer to the membership page for more information on becoming a member.
ABOUT THE BIGFORK GUN CLUB:
NEXT CLASS - FALL 2014
Our Club needs additional Range Safety Officers. You must be a member, willing to attend a 5 hour training class, and put in a minimum of 4, 5 hour shifts between the first of May and the end of October.
If you are interested in helping out keeping our Club safe for every one, please contact Chief Range Safety Officer Michael Hebert.

NOTICE: Tuesdays mornings 9 AM to 11 AM - This time is set aside for the occasional Range Maintenance. Volunteers working on the range will have precedence. If no maintenance is scheduled, the range is open for regular use. (rev 8/6/12)

Sundays & Tuesdays - Trap & Skeet
Saturdays - events such as USPSA, Cowboy, Defensive Pistol
Wednesday Evenings - Prone Rifle and Silhouette events

SKEET & TRAP
NOTICE: WHEN FINISHED SHOOTING ON ALL OF OUR RANGES PLEASE PICK-UP YOUR BRASS, TRASH, & FOOD ITEMS, ETC. REMOVE EITHER THE CLUB’S PORTABLE TARGET FRAMES, AND YOUR OWN WHEN FINISHED SHOOTING.
HELP KEEP OUR RANGE CLEAN!
Anyone who observes any vandalism to the property should call 911 immediately. Lake County Sheriff's Department will respond. The club's Board of Directors and Officers will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law when the perpetrator is apprehended.
Everyone should help in protecting the club's property, so please cooperate with this matter.
SUNDAY: Open shooting all day on 25, 50, & 100 Meter Range and Pistol Range.
The 200 Yard Range and Silhouette Range will be CLOSED from 10:00 AM until approx. 1:00 PM for Skeet & Trap AND 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM for Youth Trap.
Open shooting resumes on the closed ranges after this event.
MONDAY: Open shooting all day.
EXCEPT the FIRST Monday evening of each month, 6:00 PM until approx. 8:00 PM for Board of Directors meetings.
Open shooting resumes after this event is finished if daylight remains.
TUESDAY: Open shooting all day on 25, 50, & 100 Meter Range and Pistol Range.
The 200 Yard Range and Silhouette Range will be CLOSED from 1:00 PM until approx. 5:00 PM for Skeet & Trap AND 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM for Youth Trap (Daylight savings months only - Mar - Oct) Open shooting resumes on the closed ranges after this event is finished if daylight remains. (rev 9/10/2013)
NOTE: Occasional Range Maintenance may take place between 9AM to 11AM, our volunteer workers will have precedence. If no maintenance is scheduled, the range is open for use as stated above. (rev 8/6/2012)
WEDNESDAY: Open shooting all day on 25, 50, & 100 Meter Range and Pistol Range.
The 200 Yard Range, Skeet and Shot Gun Range will be CLOSED from 6:00 PM for Small bore and Silhouette competitions (Daylight savings months only - April - September) . Open shooting resumes on the closed ranges after this event is finished if daylight remains.
THURSDAY: Open shooting all day on 25, 50, & 100 Meter Range and Pistol Range.
FRIDAY: Open shooting all day on 25, 50, & 100 Meter Range and Pistol Range.
The 200 Yard Range, Silhouette Range and Skeet and Shot Gun Range may be CLOSED at noon on Fridays preceding Saturday events. (See individual discipline pages above for detailed schedules)
SATURDAY: Open shooting all day on the Pistol Range.
The 25, 50, & 100 Meter Range will be closed the FIRST SATURDAY of each month (April through September) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for High Power Rifle Match.
The 200 Yard Range, Silhouette Range and Skeet and Shot Gun Range may be CLOSED the FIRST, SECOND, THIRD AND FOURTH SATURDAY of each month until approx. 6:00 PM, March through October, for shooting matches. (See individual discipline pages above for detailed schedules)
The 200 Yard Range, Silhouette Range and Skeet and Shot Gun Range may be CLOSED on other Saturdays for SPECIAL EVENTS.

WE DO RANDOM CHECKS TO INSURE MEMBER USE ONLY.
Gate is to be kept LOCKED at all times except during authorized Events.
There is NO alcoholic beverages on the Gun Club property at any time. PERIOD!
From the village of Bigfork (south of Kalispell) take Hwy 209 East until it dead ends into Hwy 83, turn right. Go 3.1 miles south to the gate, on the left, marked by a large sign, set back from the road.
